This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds and cancellations are handled for purchases and subscriptions made on Fanulu. By using our platform and making any purchase, you agree to the terms described below.
Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription to any creator at any time. When you cancel:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
- You will continue to have access to the creator's premium content until your subscription expires.
- No further charges will be made after cancellation.
- Cancellations do not automatically generate a refund for the current billing period.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued at our discretion in the following circumstances:
- Unauthorized charges— If you believe a charge was made without your authorization, contact us immediately.
- Technical issues— If a technical error on our platform prevented you from accessing purchased content and the issue could not be resolved.
- Duplicate charges— If you were charged more than once for the same purchase or subscription period.
Non-Refundable Purchases
The following purchases are generally non-refundable:
- Tips— Tips sent to creators are voluntary and non-refundable once processed.
- Pay-per-view (PPV) content— Once you have unlocked and accessed PPV content, the purchase is non-refundable.
- Completed subscription periods— Refunds are not available for subscription periods that have already been fully used.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Include your account details— your username and the email address associated with your account.
- Describe the issue— provide details about the charge in question, including the date and amount.
- Provide supporting information— attach any relevant screenshots or transaction IDs.
Processing Timeline
Refund requests are reviewed within 5–10 business days. If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- It may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Filing a chargeback without first contacting our support team may result in your account being suspended pending investigation.
