All models, actors, actresses, and other persons that appear in any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct appearing on, or otherwise contained in, this website were over the age of eighteen (18) years at the time the visual depiction was produced.
Identity Verification
Before a creator can publish content, they must verify their identity with our third-party identity-verification provider using a government-issued photo ID. We keep our own encrypted record of each verification.
Other People in Content
When a creator tags other people who appear in their content, that content stays private until each tagged person has verified their identity and agreed to appear in it. People without an account are invited to do this through a secure link.
Custodian of Records
Each creator is the custodian of records for the content they upload, and is responsible for keeping age and consent records for everyone who appears in it. When uploading, each creator certifies that everyone depicted is 18 or older, that they hold identification records for every performer, that everyone else in the post is tagged, and that they have obtained everyone's consent. The full obligations are set out in our Terms of Service.

Reporting Concerns & Takedown Requests
If you believe any content on this platform may violate 18 U.S.C. § 2257, depicts a person under the age of 18, or depicts a person without their consent, please report it immediately using the Report option in the app, or contact us at [email protected].
You do not need an account. If an intimate image or video of you was shared here without your consent, you can request its removal directly at fanulu.com/ncii. We act on valid requests within 48 hours, as required by the TAKE IT DOWN Act.
Reports that content depicts a minor or was shared without consent are our highest priority. Content found to be in violation is removed, and apparent child sexual abuse material is reported to the authorities as required by law.
