All models, actors, actresses, and other persons that appear in any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct appearing on, or otherwise contained in, this website were over the age of eighteen (18) years at the time the visual depiction was produced.
Before any person can publish content, and before any person can be depicted in published content, this platform requires identity verification performed by our third-party identity-verification provider. This verification includes:
Upon a successful verification, this platform creates and maintains its own system of record for that person: the identity document image and the extracted identity data are copied into our records and stored encrypted at rest. These records are retained for at least seven (7) years in accordance with applicable record-keeping requirements, and are not deleted when content is removed.
Content that depicts more than one performer is not published until every depicted performer has both (a) completed identity verification and (b) provided a recorded, per-post consent (release) to appear in that specific content. A performer who has not yet verified, or who has not consented, causes the content to be held privately and excluded from all public surfaces until each depicted performer has cleared both requirements. A performer may decline, in which case the content is not published with them in it.
Performers who are not account holders may be invited to verify and consent through a secure, single-use link sent to them by the uploading creator.

Each content creator on this platform is the designated Custodian of Records for the content they upload, as required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75, and is responsible for maintaining records verifying that all performers in their content are 18 years of age or older. The platform additionally maintains its own verification records (as described above) as a secondary record of identity verification.

Reports alleging that content depicts a minor or is non-consensual are treated as the highest priority. We aim to review and act on such reports within 48 hours. Content found to be in violation is removed, and reports involving the apparent depiction of a minor are reported to the appropriate authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), as required by law.
