Complaints Policy

Last Updated: September 20, 2026

Anyone can complain about content or conduct on Fanulu, whether or not they have an account. This page explains how to make a complaint, what we do with it and how long it takes. It sits alongside our Community Guidelines and Terms of Service.

1. What You Can Complain About

  • Content you believe is illegal
  • Content that breaks our Community Guidelines or Terms of Service
  • Content you appear in that you did not agree to, or no longer agree to
  • Content that infringes your copyright or other rights
  • Harassment, impersonation or other abusive behaviour by a user
  • A decision we made about your own content or account

2. How to Make a Complaint

  • On the platform: use the Report option on any post, story, message, comment or profile.
  • By email: write to [email protected]. You do not need an account. Include a link to the content or profile and tell us what is wrong with it.
  • Intimate images posted without your consent: use our removal request form. You do not need an account, and we act within 48 hours.
  • Copyright: follow our DMCA Policy.

3. What Happens Next

  • Every complaint is reviewed by a member of our moderation team.
  • We review and resolve complaints within seven business days of receiving them.
  • Content we find to be illegal is removed immediately. Where the law requires it, we preserve the evidence and report it to the authorities.
  • Content that breaks our rules is removed, and the account behind it may be warned, suspended or banned.
  • If you gave us a way to reach you, we tell you the outcome.

4. If You Appear in Content

If you appear in content on Fanulu, you can ask us to remove it, whether or not you have an account. Creators must hold written consent from everyone who appears in their content. If that consent cannot be shown, was never given, or is not valid under the law, we remove the content. Email [email protected], or use the removal request form for intimate images.

If you tell us your consent is not valid under the law and we disagree, we will have the disagreement resolved by an independent, neutral third party at our expense.

5. If You Disagree With a Decision

  • If we removed your content or restricted your account, you can appeal from Settings → Appeals within 30 days. A moderator who did not make the original decision reviews it where possible.
  • If you made a complaint and disagree with the outcome, reply to our decision or email [email protected] and we will look at it again.
