Community Guidelines

Fanulu is a platform for adults to share and enjoy content made by consenting adults. These guidelines explain what is and is not allowed here. They apply to everything on the platform: posts, stories, messages, comments, profiles and live interactions. They are part of our Terms of Service, which remain the binding agreement.

1. Adults Only

Everyone who uses Fanulu must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where they live if that is higher.
Everyone who appears in content must be at least 18 at the time it was made.
Creators must pass identity and age verification before they can publish anything.

2. Consent Comes First

Every identifiable person in your content must have agreed, in writing, to being filmed or photographed and to the content being published here.
You must keep age and consent records for everyone who appears in your content, as described in our 2257 Compliance statement.
Consent can be withdrawn. If someone who appears in your content asks for it to come down, take it down.
Never share intimate images of someone without their consent, including images made or altered with AI to look like a real person.

3. Never Allowed

The following is removed and leads to a permanent ban. Where the law requires it, we report it to the authorities.

Any sexual or suggestive content involving a minor, or anyone presented as a minor
Non-consensual sexual content, including "revenge porn", hidden-camera recordings and sexual deepfakes of real people
Human trafficking, sexual exploitation or coercion of any kind
Bestiality, incest or any other illegal sexual act
Content that promotes violence, terrorism or illegal activity
Content that infringes someone else's copyright or other rights
Malware, viruses or other harmful code
Anything else that breaks the law where you or your audience are

4. Treat People Decently

Do not harass, threaten or abuse anyone — in comments, messages or anywhere else.
Do not impersonate another person, creator or brand.
Do not send spam or unsolicited promotions.
Do not record, scrape, download or re-share another creator's content. Paid content is for the buyer only.
Do not use bots or automation, or try to get around the platform's security or access controls.

5. How We Enforce These Rules

Uploads are checked before they become visible to others, using automated screening and human review.
Reports from users are reviewed by our moderation team.
Depending on what happened, we may remove content, issue a warning, suspend an account or ban it permanently. Serious violations lead to a ban on the first offence.
Accounts that repeatedly infringe copyright are terminated under our DMCA Policy.

6. Reporting a Problem

Use the Report option on any post, story, message, comment or profile.
If an intimate image of you was posted without your consent, use our removal request form. You do not need an account, and we act within 48 hours.
For copyright complaints, follow the DMCA Policy.
Our Complaints Policy explains how every complaint is handled and how long it takes.

7. Appeals

If we removed your content or restricted your account and you believe we got it wrong, you can appeal from Settings → Appeals within 30 days. A moderator who did not make the original decision reviews it where possible.
